Senior ServiceNow Developer Duration : Long-Term W2 Contract Openings: 4 Positions Location: 100% Remote (Must Work EST Hours)

We are seeking experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers to join a large enterprise healthcare organization on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that support critical business and technology operations within a complex enterprise environment.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You'll collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality applications that drive business value.

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Build scalable solutions using ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
• Collaborate with business partners, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, custom applications, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable development practices.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and provide guidance on platform capabilities and solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and production releases.

• Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and platform customization.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and platform architecture.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
