SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVE Are you a people person with a passion for cars and customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can be the friendly face and helpful voice of our busy dealership. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a smile Schedule appointments Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors Check up on customers in the showroom Help keep the lobby, organized, and welcoming Requirements Bilingual in Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in customer service (auto industry is a plus) Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
