This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global compensation programs that support business objectives, attract and retain talent, reinforce a performance-driven culture, and ensure market competitiveness.Serving as a trusted advisor to Global HR and Business leaders, this role provides strategic consultation on pay decisions, job architecture, incentive design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. The role leverages data, market intelligence, and analytics to influence decision-making, drive pay equity and transparency initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company's Total Rewards philosophy and global talent strategy.This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working onsite at our Mentor, OH Corporate HQ, 2 days per week (Tue+Thur).
