Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Services Attorney in Charlotte, NC, to provide comprehensive employment law and litigation services. This role involves supporting a wide range of employment law matters, litigation, and compliance initiatives with flexible working hours and reduced hours expectations. Represent clients in litigation and agency charges, ensuring conflict-of-interest protocols. Prepare and deliver training materials for staff and contingent workforce. Support litigation hold processes, audits, and government investigations. Utilize AI tools to enhance client service and improve efficiency. Maintain knowledge management practices for timely legal knowledge sharing. Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Experience in employment law, including litigation and counseling. Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently. Strong knowledge management and process management skills. Commitment to ethical business practices and EEO compliance. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
