Customer Service Specialist

Metropolis Spa & Salon is an upscale salon and luxury day spa located in the Princeton Shopping Center, right in the heart of Princeton. We pride ourselves in being a market leader and we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service using only the best hair care and skin care brands on the market. We are currently seeking customer service representatives to work and grow with our company. Ideally, potential candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a responsible/ professional demeanor. Prior customer service, scheduling and or sales experience is desired but not required.
