As an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite at the Dulles, VA or McLean, VA location. Occasional travel may be required. Ready to join forces with our visionary team? Our opportunity is counterintelligence (CI) and insider threat focused. The Industrial Security Analyst will manage a portfolio within the counterintelligence and sider threat program for the Northrop Grumman Space Sector (NGSP). You will be responsible for attending and working group meetings in the Quantico, VA area on a weekly basis.This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.In this job, you will:Protect classified and proprietary information from external and internal threatsConduct counterintelligence and insider threat investigationsDevelop and implement awareness campaigns across this sector and in collaboration with NGSP Counterintelligence and Insider Threat ManagerTravel periodically to NGSP facilities across the sector in furtherance of the duties statues aboveEstablish internal and external partnershipsReview available intelligence sources, conduct tailored presentations and perform threat and vulnerability analysisDevelop methods to protect employees and proprietary information during CONUS and OCONUS travelOther duties as assignedIf this job description reads like it was written specifically for you, consider joining our team!Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 4 years of professional experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
