Description of the Position

Your future work environment

Attached to Sopra Steria Next, you join the People Experience & Change division as an Agile / Scrum Master consultant to support the digital and agile transformation of organizations. The division brings together the most cutting-edge and comprehensive expertise (Consumer & Value, Change & HR Transformation, Agile Coach, Organizational Transformation). It has a real impact on clients with an end-to-end approach, providing value for Business Units.

Your role and missions

As a Scrum Master, you will:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and encourage self-organization
• Help the team overcome obstacles and continuously improve
• Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog
• Raise awareness of agile culture among stakeholders
• Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Conduct agile maturity diagnostics and propose targeted actions
• Contribute to the deployment of agile transformation plans

Qualifications

- You hold a degree from an engineering, business, or university school.

- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a service or consulting company with successful experiences in an agile environment.

- You are dynamic, ambitious, methodical, pedagogical, and have an entrepreneurial spirit!

- You have a good command of English.

- With a team spirit, you will contribute to the development of the tribe.
