Description of the Position

Your future work environment:

Our People&Change practice, composed of more than 150 consultants specializing in HR processes, organizational models, and digital technologies, is mobilized to meet the new challenges of HR towards sustainable and responsible performance of its organization and teams.

We work with large clients to leverage the best of digital innovation and accelerate HR efficiency, bring together our expertise in favor of the optimization of HR practices, and support digital, organizational, managerial, and cultural changes. By joining our teams, you will have the opportunity to evolve in a stimulating environment and join large-scale projects with a strong impact in service of HR Directors and more broadly of major transformation programs.

Your roles and missions:

Joining Sopra Steria Next as an Intern means above all learning and evolving in a stimulating, complex, and demanding environment with high-stakes missions.

• You will conduct studies and frameworks in advance on business and/or digital innovation issues.
• You will play a role in the support and redesign and deployment of HR information systems.
• You will support the implementation of major regulatory reforms.
• You will identify and implement levers for employee engagement.
• You will be at the heart of the conduct of cultural, managerial, and digital change.
• You will participate in the optimization of HR business processes.
• You will support project management.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• You are currently a student in the final year of an engineering, business, or university school or equivalent.
• You are proactive, curious, a force of proposal, rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills orally and in writing.
• You want to put your skills, creativity, and energy at the service of programs serving the general interest.
• You are interested in the field of human resources and digital innovation.
