About the Role We’re looking for a Salesforce Integration Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation, integration, and optimization across both existing and newly acquired branches. This is a highly strategic, hands‑on role where you’ll serve as the platform owner, driving rollout, adoption, and long‑term success of Salesforce across the organization. What You’ll Own Lead full Salesforce deployments — configuration, data migration, user setup, and go-live execution Translate business needs into scalable Sales Cloud solutions through discovery with leadership Configure core sales processes: lead management, pipeline tracking, quoting, and customer workflows Oversee integrations with systems like ServiceTitan (field ops), NetSuite (ERP), and more Own Salesforce post go‑live — system health, permissions, workflows, and enhancements Build dashboards and reporting tied to key sales KPIs (pipeline, close rates, revenue, etc.) Drive automation using Flows, Process Builder, and AI capabilities Lead ongoing training and change management as the platform evolves Deploy a repeatable Salesforce playbook across newly acquired branches Conduct CRM assessments and data strategy pre‑close Champion adoption and guide teams through change during integrations What You Bring 4+ years of Salesforce implementation + admin experience (Sales Cloud, Field Service focused) Experience rolling out Salesforce across multi-site or multi‑entity organizations Strong knowledge of leads, opportunities, reporting, dashboards, flows, and integrations Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or field service platforms Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM 201 required; additional certs a plus) A true change agent mindset — someone who drives both system and user adoption Willingness to travel up to 50% for implementation and go‑live support Nice to Have Experience in PE-backed or acquisition-heavy environments Familiarity with ServiceTitan or home services workflows Background in CRM strategy, Sales Ops, or RevOps The Details Base + performance bonus (8–10% tied to go-live & adoption milestones) #J-18808-Ljbffr
