Client Service Manager

Description The Client Service Manager serves as the primary point of contact for service requests and technical support, resolving client operational, banking, bill pay, reporting, and risk-management inquiries. This key relationship-team role is accountable for positively influencing the client experience through clear communication and accurate, timely resolution. The position also supports Trust Services and partners with the Client Associate team to execute special client projects requested by the client or directed by the Advisor or Director. Position Responsibilities: Act as the client’s primary point of contact for all operational and administrative tasks, and serve as liaison between clients, custodians and other partners Provide operational and administrative support to Associate Advisors and Lead Advisors Support Trust Services by coordinating client requests, documentation, and follow-up with internal team members and external partners Organize, track and lead team projects, seeing them through to successful completion Provide support across a diverse suite of services and coordinate with third parties including but not limited to brokerage firms, banks, accountants, insurance agents, attorneys, trustees, and real estate agents Schedule and coordinate client meetings, and prepare meeting materials in advance Maintain client information in CRM and other reporting systems Coordinate quarterly tax payments and gathering tax document as part of Clarius’ role tax return preparation Work with all members of the team and the Chief Compliance Officer to adhere to federal, state and company compliance rules and guidelines. Requirements A minimum of 3+ years client service experience required. Specific investment management experience preferred. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Exhibits unfailing personal integrity Takes ownership for delivering an outstanding client experience Excellent communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation Strong organization skills and ability to follow established processes consistently Effectively manages priorities in a fast-paced environment Works collaboratively to achieve client and organizational objectives Resolves complex problems in a thorough, creative, timely manner ABOUT CLEARSTEAD Clearstead is a financial advisory firm serving wealthy families and leading institutions.
