You've mastered TIG welding. Now it's time to turn that skill into something even bigger.

We're looking for experienced TIG Welders who want to break out of the ordinary fabrication environment and learn the high-demand craft of industrial brazing . This isn't production welding on repetitive parts. You'll be working on large-scale HVAC, chiller, and industrial piping systems that require precision, craftsmanship, and technical expertise.

If you take pride in clean welds, understand heat control, and enjoy building things the right way, we'll provide the training to help you become a specialist in an industry where skilled tradespeople are always in demand.

You'll help build and assemble industrial cooling and HVAC systems by joining copper and steel piping ranging from 1" to 4" in diameter. Using your welding knowledge as a foundation, you'll be trained in industrial brazing techniques while working alongside experienced professionals.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Brazing copper and steel piping for industrial HVAC and chiller applications.
• Reading blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings.
• Performing pipe fit-up, alignment, and joint preparation.
• Installing valves, compressors, fittings, coils, and related components.
• Conducting leak and pressure testing on completed assemblies.
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship while meeting production goals.
• Following safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

• Precise heat control and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of filler materials and metal properties.
• Experience working with critical joints and tight tolerances.
• Strong fabrication and assembly skills.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Required:

• TIG welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, pipefitting, or industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Desire to learn industrial brazing and develop new technical skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous brazing experience.
• HVAC, pipefitting, plumbing, or industrial assembly experience.
• Trade school or welding certifications.
• Experience with copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, or specialty alloys.
• Industrial manufacturing experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Gilbert, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
