Trademark and Copyright Associate Attorney

Day Pitney's Trademark and Copyright Group is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 3 years of trademark and copyright experience to join our growing team in either our Boston or New York office, with flexibility to consider Connecticut. Experience and Expertise Domestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, enforcement, and management, including counseling, clearance search and analysis, prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management. Trademark disputes, internet and e-commerce, online investigations and general enforcement matters. Structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements and contractual provisions related to IP and trademark matters. Conducting IP due diligence for corporate mergers, acquisitions, and other deals. Trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
