Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C., a small, but expanding Boston-based law firm currently has an opening for a full-time Associate Attorney.  1-3 years’ legal experience is preferred, but recent J.D. graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Driscoll & Driscoll, P.C. focuses on litigation of landlord/tenant law (lease enforcement, drug-related criminal activity, fraud, domestic violence, non-payment of rent, Section 8, discrimination, disability-related issues/reasonable accommodation) and employment law matters, while primarily representing public housing authorities, affordable non-profits and private landlords across the Commonwealth. 

Duties will include working directly with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and assist with case management; drafting notices and correspondence, complaints, discrimination responses, motions, and discovery; and legal research and writing. Successful candidate will be expected to appear in district, superior, and housing courts.
