L&E Associate Attorney

LHH is working with a highly regarded management-side labor & employment firm is looking to add a mid-level associate to its litigation team. This is a strong opportunity to work directly with employers on high-impact workplace disputes, advising on risk while handling active litigation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you’ll do: Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution including wage and hour, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment contracts and whistleblower claims Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery; handle depositions and hearings Work on a range of matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and restrictive covenant disputes Partner closely with employers, HR teams, and in-house counsel on strategy and risk mitigation Support internal investigations and advise on day-to-day employment issues as needed What they’re looking for: ~3–6 years of employment litigation experience (management-side preferred, but not required) Strong writing and analytical skills with hands‑on litigation experience Comfortable managing cases and interfacing directly with clients Ability to handle multiple matters in a deadline‑driven environment Massachusetts bar admission (or ability to waive in) Why consider this role: Direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility Sophisticated, employer‑side practice with a steady flow of litigation Collaborative culture without the bureaucracy of a large firm Clear path for growth and long‑term development How to Apply: Interested candidates can submit their resume here or email it directly to me at View email address on click.appcast.io.
