Laboratory Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Operations Specialist to join our Bioanalysis group in the Drug Metabolism/Pharmacokinetics (BA-DMPK) department. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the dispensing, tracking, storage, and shipment of critical reagents and materials used in nonclinical and clinical studies.

responsibilities:

• Fulfill material dispensing requests and manage inventory databases for reagents, reference standards, and biological matrices.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring full regulatory compliance, proper packaging, documentation, and permit tracking.
• Perform freezer organization, space management, and periodic inventory verification activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding logistics and dispensing requests.
• Maintain complete compliance with applicable safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.

 
qualifications:



Required:

• BS degree in a related scientific discipline.
• Experience working in a laboratory, inventory management, logistics, or operational support environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with laboratory inventory management and tracking systems.
• Hands-on experience coordinating domestic and international bioanalytical shipments.
