The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.The IT Operations Specialist serves as a regional lead for end-user technology support, endpoint management, and identity and access administration across global workforce. This role partners with a UAE-based team to provide follow-the-sun support across multiple time zones. The role delivers hands-on support to corporate and engineering users while helping maintain the operational controls that support compliance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. The position works closely with global IT and Security Engineering teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment.Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:Serve as a first point of contact for IT support, with prompt triage, resolution, and ticket hygiene.Partner with UAE and Singapore-based IT colleagues to deliver consistent support across global time zones.Manage the macOS endpoint environment, including provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and lifecycle management through Jamf; support Windows devices through Intune as needed.Administer identity and access management through Okta and Entra ID.Provision and deprovision access to SaaS applications, including Slack, Atlassian, Figma, and approved AI tools.Enforce endpoint security standards, including encryption, MDM compliance, EDR health, and patch management; drive remediation of non-compliant devices.Support secure connectivity for office and remote users, including Wi-Fi, Zscaler, Tailscale, AV/conferencing systems, and printing services.Assist with IT and cybersecurity incident response activities, coordinating with Security Engineering and managed detection partners.Support ISO 27001 operational controls relevant to IT operations, including access reviews, asset management, change records, and audit evidence collection.
