NOW HIRING – COMMISSION-BASED LEAD GENERATOR | DFW
GR Home Projects is looking for a motivated independent lead generator / salesperson to help bring in residential remodeling projects throughout the DFW area.
We specialize in:
• Kitchen remodels
• Bathroom remodels
• Interior renovations
• Flooring & tile
• Painting & drywall
• Handyman/home improvement projects
Your job: Find homeowners who are actively looking to have work done and connect them with us for an estimate. You generate the opportunity; I handle the estimating, scope, and closing.
COMPENSATION: 7% COMMISSION
You earn 7% of collected revenue on jobs generated directly from your leads.
$5,000 job = $350 commission
$10,000 job = $700 commission
$20,000 job = $1,400 commission
Commission is paid as the customer pays GR Home Projects.
This is commission-only — no hourly wage or salary. There is no cap on commissions.
I’m looking for someone who is comfortable prospecting, talking with homeowners, networking, canvassing neighborhoods, building relationships, and creating their own opportunities. Home-improvement or sales experience is a plus, but consistent effort and communication matter more.
We have an extensive portfolio of completed remodeling and home-improvement work for you to use when speaking with potential customers.
This could be a strong fit for someone already in roofing, solar, real estate, home services, door-to-door sales, or independent sales who wants another service to sell.
