Front Desk Manager

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, well-organized individual to fill a front office position at Mid-Atlantic Brain and Neurological Rehabilitation. Experience with medical billing, collections, and office management is necessary; experience with EMR (especially ChiroTouch) a significant plus; spanish-speaking a significant plus. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- collecting payments
- verifying insurance, insurance follow-up
- accounts receivable
- explaining insurance benefits
- invoicing
- developing and implementing office systems
