Business Analyst

Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking a Business Analyst. This role heavily focuses on elicitation, discovery, requirements gathering, workshops, and process improvement. Summary: We are looking for someone who can take messy, undefined processes and create recommendations - the core element is business and understanding business requirements. The BA must facilitate workshops and create actionable deliverables. Strong process mapping experience is required. This organization operates in significant ambiguity and transformation. Duties include:
- Experience gathering requirements through interviews, job shadowing, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
- Support product teams with epics and features
- Heavy interaction with PMO and business stakeholders
- Senior Business Analyst experience

- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
