Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Resolving issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions

As a Customer Service Rep in the Transportation and Warehousing industry, you will utilize your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills on a daily basis. You will also need to be able to analyze and resolve complex issues, often under tight deadlines.
