Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator

Location: Keller, Texas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18–$23 per hour, based on experience, with room for growth
Bonus incentives available when office goals are met

We are a family-oriented dental practice proudly serving the Keller community, and we are looking for an experienced  Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Our office is built around treating patients like family, supporting one another, and creating a welcoming experience from the moment someone walks through the door. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and excited to grow alongside our clinical and administrative team.

The right person will be comfortable working in a busy dental office, communicating with patients, presenting treatment, and helping the practice continue to grow while maintaining the personal, community-focused atmosphere our patients value.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a positive, comfortable front-office experience
• Manage patient scheduling and help maintain a productive daily schedule
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Help patients understand insurance benefits, costs, and payment options
• Assist patients in overcoming financial barriers to completing treatment
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment
• Manage insurance claims, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
• Help resolve patient questions or concerns with professionalism and care
• Support patient retention, referrals, marketing, and community outreach efforts
• Assist with staff scheduling and overall office organization
• Help the team meet production, collection, and patient-care goals
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the doctors, team, and patients

What We’re Looking For

• A warm, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• At least two years of dental front-office experience
• Experience using  Open Dental
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans, claims, billing, and dental terminology
• Confidence presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
• Leadership or dental office management experience is a plus
• Experience with credentialing, marketing, or staff management is also a plus

Preferred Experience

• Open Dental: 2 years
• Dental front desk or receptionist experience: 2 years
• Dental insurance, claims, and billing experience
• Treatment coordination and case presentation experience

Work Setting

This is an in-office position and is not remote.
