Job Overview: Gilmore, A leading provider of Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical solutions is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Manager to drive business development and expand commercial partnerships. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with a track record of success in B2B sales, prospecting, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with property managers, facility directors, and key decision makers. Business Development: Identify and secure new commercial accounts, building a strong pipeline of opportunities. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop a consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions. Technology & Data Utilization: Leverage Salesforce, AI-powered sales tools, and CRM platforms to enhance prospecting and engagement. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven Sales Experience – Minimum 3 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction. Business Development & Prospecting Skills – A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new accounts. Technology Proficiency – Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, AI driven sales tools, and lead generation platforms. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to effectively engage, influence, and build rapport with key stakeholders. Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Ability to work independently, drive results, and consistently meet performance objectives. Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required) – Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services is an advantage.
