CVOR Nurse Manager

Full-Time | Monday–Friday Days

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Responsibilities

As the CVOR Nurse Manager, you will:

Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Cardiovascular Operating Room.
Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate all nursing and departmental operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CVOR nurses and support staff.
Promote a culture of patient safety, accountability, and continuous quality improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, professional, and organizational standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource utilization.
Collaborate closely with cardiovascular surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary leadership to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

BSN
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous Nurse Manager experience
Recent Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing experience
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Preferred

MSN
Experience leading a high-volume cardiovascular surgical program
Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational performance metrics
