LOCATION: The Executive Chef will be based at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, NH, with responsibility for providing culinary oversight and support to Watkins Glen International in Watkins Glen, NY. New Hampshire Motor Speedway hosts major events including NASCAR races, Modified racing, and the Loudon Classic. As Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, innovative menu execution, and consistency across all dining experiences. You will oversee kitchen operations, maintain food safety standards, manage costs, and develop a high‑performing culinary team while delivering memorable guest experiences.
