Senior Epic Referrals Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic Referrals Application Analyst to support one of our longstanding clients in their ambulatory access and referral optimization initiatives. This analyst will serve as a senior build resource supporting referral workflows, scheduling optimization and patient access improvements across ambulatory specialties. This role requires an independent analyst who can partner closely with operational leaders and requires minimal ramp up time.

MUST live or be willing to relocat e to Jacksonville, FL area.

Responsibilities

• Epic Referrals build, production support, optimization, and workflow enhancements
• Provide Support referral workflows and visit type build
• Assist with expansion and optimization of online scheduling initiatives
• Support MyChart scheduling and patient access functionality
• Optimize provider scheduling templates and scheduling workflows
• Partner with operational leadership to improve ambulatory access and enterprise scheduling strategies
• Serve as a primary Epic build resource across ambulatory specialties and BMDA

Required Experience:

• Epic Referrals certification and/or strong Epic Referrals experience (required)
• 7+ years of Epic application analyst experience within a healthcare system
• Strong understanding of ambulatory scheduling and referral workflows
• Experience supporting online scheduling initiatives
• Strong MyChart scheduling/patient access experience
• Experience optimizing provider scheduling templates
• Proven experience functioning as a primary Epic build resource
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
• Trusted Epic SME for ambulatory scheduling and referral workflows
