Senior Epic MyChart/Ambulatory Analyst

We are looking for a senior-level Epic MyChart/Ambulatory Applications Analyst to step in, leading complex application initiatives and providing expertise across the full Epic lifecycle, from workflow analysis through build, testing and ongoing optimization. This will be a leadership role, looking for someone who can operate independently and contribute to immediate project needs as well as long term strategy.
MUST live in or be willing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL area.
Responsibilities:
- Leading analysis and documentation of current- and future-state clinical workflows
- Designing, building, validating, and optimizing Epic Ambulatory and/or MyChart functionality
- Conducting impact assessments and developing testing strategies
- Supporting integrated testing execution across systems
- Providing production support, change management, and ongoing optimization
- Collaborating with clinical, operational, informatics, reporting, and technical teams
- Leading projects, including stakeholder communication and strategic contributions
- Mentoring junior analysts and supporting team development
Minimum Qualifications:
- Senior-level Epic Applications Analyst experience
- Epic certification required (Ambulatory and/or MyChart)
- Strong experience with clinical workflow analysis and system design
- Experience across the full Epic lifecycle (build, testing, optimization, support)
- Ability to lead initiatives and work independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
