Operating Monday through Saturday, we allow our clinicians the autonomy to create a personalized schedule, balancing their work and personal commitments. As a member of our team, you will have access to in-house credentialing services and assistance with insurance participation, enabling you to focus on delivering care without bureaucratic distractions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their specific mental health needs and formulate appropriate interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments, addressing the therapeutic goals of each client in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Maintain open lines of communication with fellow clinicians and administrative staff regarding assessment results, treatment modifications, and updates to interdisciplinary care plans.

• Provide ethical and timely documentation in accordance with department standards, ensuring all client interactions and therapy sessions are accurately reported.

• Perform Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches tailored to assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Facilitate ongoing case management responsibilities, collaborating with hospital and community professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all assigned patients.

Qualifications\n
