If you're energized by helping talented people succeed while advancing a mission that truly matters, we'd love to meet you.Strategic Human Resources LeadershipPartner with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute a people strategy that supports The Rose's mission, culture, and long-term goals.Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management.Talent Strategy & RecruitmentLead full-cycle recruitment and hiring to attract exceptional talent.Design an engaging onboarding experience that connects new employees to our mission from day one.Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational growth.Culture, Leadership & Employee ExperienceFoster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.Guide performance evaluations, employee development, and corrective action processes.Develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, recognition, and retention.Benefits & Employee SupportOversee employee benefits administration and annual Open Enrollment.Serve as the primary liaison with benefit providers.Ensure accurate HR data for payroll processing.Support employees in understanding and maximizing their benefits.Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.Oversee unemployment claims, workers' compensation, FMLA, and employment documentation.Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Lead workplace investigations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.HR OperationsEnsure accurate employee records and HRIS management.Maintain compliance for I-9s, background checks, personnel files, and required reporting.Improve HR systems and processes that enhance efficiency and the employee experience.Generate employment documentation and organizational reports.RequirementsRequirement/QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field requiredA minimum of five years of human resources related experience requiredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP desiredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to relate and communicate with all levels of the organizationAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
