Job Description

• Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
