We're looking for a diligent Staff Accountant to join our finance team. You'll play an integral role in strengthening the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting, working closely with finance, operations, and sales. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and verify accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records
• Partner with finance, operations, and sales to gather the information needed for reconciliations
• Monitor and manage rebate programs — tracking eligibility, calculating rebates, and ensuring timely submissions
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, accurately recording acquisitions, disposals, and transfers
• Maintain accurate deposit records and reconcile them against accounting systems
• Physical inventory valuation reporting
• Vendor payment reconciliations

Requirements:

• Accounting experience or an Associate's degree in Business or Accounting
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office; Excel proficiency preferred
• Proven experience with account reconciliation and month-end close processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
