Salary: $180,000 - $350,000 per year A bit about us: We are a leading AM 100 Law Firm specializing in corporate and business law, complex litigation, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and government affairs and employing some of the best and brightest attorneys. We are currently on the search for a mid to senior level Transactional Construction Attorney to join our New York office. In this position you will be responsible for:

Salary: $180,000 - $350,000 per year A bit about us: We are a leading AM 100 Law Firm specializing in corporate and business law, complex litigation, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and government affairs and employing some of the best and brightest attorneys. We are currently on the search for a mid to senior level Transactional Construction Attorney to join our New York office. In this position you will be responsible for:
- Representing owners and developers in all phases of the construction of residential and commercial construction
- Drafting and Negotiating design, engineering, consulting and construction agreements

- JD from accredited law school
- Admitted to New York Bar
- 5+ years as a practicing attorney with experience representing owners and developers in all phases of the construction of commercial and residential real estate
- Strong working knowledge of construction case law and the New York Lien Law
- Transactional real estate experience – in the areas of development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and/or financing – is a plus!
