Lead HVAC Service Technician

Our company, Emerald Heating & Cooling in Depew, NY , is actively seeking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems while also advising, mentoring, and supervising our newer techs. We are looking for an individual to start out as a Lead HVAC Service Technician and later advance into an HVAC manager or supervisor . This position receives a competitive hourly wage of $20-$40/hr, depending on experience . We also provide top-notch benefits, including medical, dental, a 401(k) plan, 40 hours of vacation (after one year), weekly in-person training, and a company truck . - 5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Management experience is a plus, but not required. Are you motivated to further your heating and air conditioning career as a skilled HVAC technician? Can you quickly troubleshoot and fix issues?
