What will you do? Assist candidates as needed with a focus on delivering a high‑quality candidate experience Support recruiters and hiring managers by scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting issues that may prevent the process from moving forward, and escalating issues that need further attention Maintain and regularly deliver reports that outline progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables Partner with the recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that help the team move forward More about you Workingtowards an associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent preferred Minimum 18 months’ experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business Has a passion for human resources, recruitment preferred Sound judgment and exceptional customer service, time management, and organizational skills required Self‑motivated Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred Basic Excel experience required Flexibility to work in CST and PST time zones along with variety hours during events as needed Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
