Riverside Community Care is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to become part of our energetic Talent Acquisition team! Riverside is an award winning, non‑profit organization providing mental healthcare and human services to over 40,000 individuals across Massachusetts. Responsibilities Supports the TA team by maintaining the ATS database as needed, being aware of priority jobs, and running resume searches. Posts all job vacancies on external platforms and publications. Assists in resume and telephone screening candidates as well as fielding candidate follow‑up communication. Supports the Onboarding Specialist as a backup for internship processes, overseeing the internships email inbox, responding to inquiries, and directing intern referrals to appropriate programs. Leads sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume. Organizes and signs up for job fairs, establishes and maintains relationships with colleges/universities, MassHire Offices throughout MA, Chamber of Commerce partnerships, advertisement sites, and community organizations. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment, show ownership over projects, have excellent networking, communication, and problem‑solving abilities, be flexible, and have a sincere interest in human services. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $25.50/hourly Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.‑4 p.m. with occasional evening coverage up to 8 p.m. for job fairs/events. Location Remote with travel to Dedham office and Rhode Island/Massachusetts/New Hampshire based job fairs/events/new employee orientations.
