Role Overview IT Services Agile Project Manager drives standardization while managing and executing projects related to end-user IT services and operations in a fast-paced environment. This role bridges the gap between technical administration and delivery facilitation in an organization focused on IT services interfacing with end-users. What You Will Do Serve as a project manager for an organization delivering end-user IT services, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Create and maintain project information, partner with technical teams, and develop communications and user-engagement materials.
