Senior Technical Analyst

Senior Technical Analyst (Raleigh, NC) (Hybrid/Remote work environment) Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of BusinessNext CRM solutions tailored for credit unions and community banks. Analyze existing business processes, conduct stakeholder interviews, and gather requirements to design efficient, future ready workflows across CRM modules such as Lead Management, Case Management, Customer 360, and Account 360. Demonstrate expertise in system integration, SQL database management, and legacy data migration to ensure seamless data flow and platform security. Integrate with core banking systems to enable real time, reliable synchronization. Produce detailed technical documentation including process flows, configurations, APIs, and customizations to support ongoing maintenance and audits. Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field and 3 years exp in job offered or related occupation. Academic training or work experience in the following: Data analysis & reporting, Agile Methodology & Scrum Framework, Azure DevOps, System Integration & API Knowledge, MS SQL Programming.
