Shift:

Shift FB B: The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 7:00pm to 7:15am. You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift.

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Supervisor leads and develops a team of manufacturing technicians in a highvolume, highprecision FormFactor semiconductorfabenvironment . This roleis responsible forexecuting daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement across assigned shifts or production areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production & Operations

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycletimeobjectives .

• Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including yield, equipmentutilization, scrap, and ontime delivery.

• Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issuesimpactingsafety, quality, or output.

People Leadership

• Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators .

• Conduct daily shift meetings, performance checkins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.

• Execute hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.

• Complete formal performance reviews and succession development planning.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards .

• Ensure adherence to ISO, quality system, andfaboperating procedures .

• Participate in audits, corrective actions, and rootcause investigations.

• Champion safe work practices and immediate response to safety incidents.

Continuous Improvement

• Identifyopportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean / Six Sigma principles .

• Lead kaizen events, standard work creation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Partner crossfunctionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.

Communication & Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between technicians, engineers, and management.

• Communicate production status, risks, and corrective actions clearly and proactively.

• Support change management initiatives and implementation of new tools or processes.
