Systems AdministratorThe Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining the company's computer networks to ensure all systems are functioning properly and meeting business requirements.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesServes as on-site support responding to employee support requests via ticket, phone, email, and chat, and escalating complex issues as appropriate.Troubleshoots and resolves end-user issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications, including password resets, account access, and MFA support.Supports employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account provisioning/deprovisioning, device setup and imaging, and software installation.Assists with system administration for various company (on premises & cloud-based) systems, along with supporting SOX management (facilitation of audit evidence, role based permissions review, etc.)Installs, configures, and maintains the company's computer systems.Maintains and improves workflows, procedures, and documentation, develops analytics that provide business insights.Works with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.Maintains internal infrastructure requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Performs routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.Provides technical support, troubleshooting to identify root causes, and provides support and training as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Required Skills/AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Extensive knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with or able to quickly learn systems and software used by and within the organization.Additional Eligibility QualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the hiring country (United States or Canada).Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.One to three years of experience in Systems Administration experience preferred.Relevant professional certifications are a plus.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This position is required to be performed in the corporate office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
