No Call Requirement Clinician may be floated to meet facility needs when necessary Blocked Schedule requests considered - discuss in interview 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license RTO Restrictions: None, must include on application/profile and discuss with manager during interview Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs or 48hrs/week an option - discuss during interview Special Requirements: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of Dysrhythmias. Unit Description: 38 Beds. Medical Patients with emphasis on cardiovascular disease. Utilizes a team approach to provide optimal care and education. A team of 7-8 patients includes 1 RN, 1 LPN and 1 Nursing Assistant. The registered nurses are patient advocates who collaborate with various health team members to deliver quality nursing care.
