Program Analyst

Program Analyst – DHS Front Office Support Support a DHS front office and broader program operations environment in a mission-focused setting. This role involves program coordination, data analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, communications support, and operational tracking. Responsibilities Program & Operational Support Support day-to-day program operations through coordination, tracking, and organizational support activities Assist with managing program deliverables, action items, milestones, and reporting requirements Monitor and track operational priorities, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks Support leadership with planning, coordination, and execution of program activities and initiatives Develop and maintain trackers, status reports, dashboards, and other program management tools Analysis & Reporting Gather, organize, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources to support leadership decision‑making Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders Conduct data analysis and identify trends, risks, gaps, or opportunities to support program improvements Assist with developing metrics, performance tracking mechanisms, and operational reporting processes Support quality assurance and review efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables Communication & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate across government and contractor teams to support information sharing and program execution Draft meeting summaries, correspondence, briefing materials, and other program communications Support meeting planning, facilitation, and follow‑up activities, including action item tracking Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across varying levels of leadership Process Improvement & Strategic Support Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, coordination, and program processes Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad‑hoc leadership requests as needed Assist with documenting standard operating procedures, workflows, and best practices Contribute to a collaborative and solutions‑oriented team environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience supporting program management, operations, analysis, or coordination efforts in a government or professional services environment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality deliverables Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Ability to work onsite daily in a professional client environment Active DHS suitability or ability to obtain/maintain required clearance/access Experience supporting DHS or other federal programs or front office environments Familiarity with program management, reporting, or operational coordination processes Experience developing briefings, dashboards, trackers, or executive‑level materials Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Ideal Candidate The right candidate is proactive, dependable, and eager to contribute to both the operational and strategic success of the team while building strong relationships across stakeholders. Annual Salary Range

$68,000–$78,000 USD
