Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Emergency Medicine Residency Program, ensuring high standards of quality, outcomes, and adherence to ACGME, institutional, and departmental guidelines, alongside a comprehensive array of EM fellowship programs.
• Manage curriculum development and foster an educational atmosphere that equips residents for independent practice, research, and leadership roles in emergency medicine.
• Lead a team dedicated to achieving these critical objectives across a multi-site training framework.
• Attract and nurture exceptional residents while promoting professional identity formation, mentorship, and career advancement.
• Further the department's mission through teaching, research, faculty development, and delivering top-notch clinical care.

Candidate Qualifications:

The preferred candidate must hold board certification in Emergency Medicine and possess at least three years of experience in residency program leadership.
