Account Manager – Customer Support Overview CM&F Group is seeking a customer-oriented Account Manager to serve as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls. Generate sales leads. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Qualifications Active Property and Casualty License preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Track record of over‑achieving quota. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems. Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000, varying by skills, experience, location, and business line. Additional Information Required experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience. No travel required. Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
