Canon U.S.A. seeks an Employment Counsel to advise on all aspects of U.S. employment law for its innovative manufacturing and digital imaging business. In this role, you will partner closely with HR and business leaders to manage risk while enabling Canon’s Kyosei values of integrity, collaboration, and social responsibility. Responsibilities include counseling on employee relations, investigations, accommodations, wage and hour, and workplace policies; drafting agreements and handbooks; overseeing employment disputes; tracking regulatory changes; and providing training. This position offers exposure to global operations and the opportunity to shape fair, compliant people practices.
