Recruitment Coordinator

Financial services firm in Fairfield County, CT seeks a recruitment coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. Must have high-volume scheduling and coordination experience. Financial services experience is preferred. This a 3-month contract with potential to extend 4-5 days/week onsite in the office Pay rate: $40-45/hr Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties Coordinate and manage individual and group interview schedules, ensuring timely communication and updates. Facilitate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements, ensuring seamless logistics. Collaborate with finance teams to process recruiting and vendor invoices efficiently. Provide on-site support during interviews, including greeting candidates and managing logistics. Plan and execute campus recruiting events, ensuring successful operations and candidate engagement. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ATS systems, supporting recruitment analytics. Assist in the coordination of summer internship programs, enhancing participant experiences. Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to organizational goals and objectives. Recruiting Coordinator Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required for this role. At least 3 years of experience in administrative or recruitment coordination roles required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools like Greenhouse is advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient task management. Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments such as financial services or investment firms. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring successful outcomes.
