What You Will Do You Will Run The Office Like a Business Lead and manage the team Control the daily schedule and patient flow Drive productivity and performance Hold staff accountable Manage payroll hours and office expenses Resolve patient issues Ensure smooth, efficient operations Who This Role Is For You have management or leadership experience You are comfortable holding people accountable You can operate in a fast-paced environment You focus on results, not excuses You want stability and long-term growth Dental Experience Is Preferred, Not Required.
