Littleton Hospital - Welcome Desk Volunteer

1. Greet visitors and patients.
2. Respond to inquires. Provide information, directions or escort visitors to appropriate resources.
3. Give directions and escort patients and guests to the correct department.
4. Deliver flowers and other gifts to patient rooms.

• You must be able to handle a busy environment, be friendly and caring.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to interact with a culturally diverse and senior population.
• Ability to handle visitor problems in a professional manner with tact and diplomacy, and respond appropriately with patience and understanding.
• Ability to walk 5,000 steps per 4 hour shift
• Ability to push 150-200 lb person in a wheelchair.
• Computer experience necessary. You must complete online computer training.
