Service AdvisorThe Service Advisor is the key liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring high-quality automotive service and repairs. This position emphasizes both sales and customer service, requiring collaborative teamwork to drive business growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.)Opportunities for professional growthSupportive, team-oriented dealership environmentStable organization with strong customer traffic and sales volumeJob Responsibilities:Address customer concerns by listening to description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedulesVerifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusionsDevelops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductiblesPrepares repair orders (ROs) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database systemCommunication liaison between the customer and the technicianMaintains customer rapport by explaining and prioritizing needed vehicle repairs and maintenance; managing customer’s expectations; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact information (phone numbers, addresses, email addresses); answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportationMaintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions plannedUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publicationsEnhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsRequirements:Service Advisors must have previous automotive Service Advisor experienceRequire strong verbal and written communications skillsRequired to be produce high sales levels, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionAbility to understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operationsValid Driver’s License and clean driving recordMust consent to and pass a drug/background screenAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiasm, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity, and dedication to personal improvementCustomer focusedEnergeticSelf-motivatedAbility to work evenings until 9:00 PMAbility to work weekends as business needs dictateMaintain or obtain required Toyota CertificationsIn return for your invaluable knowledge, skills, talent and ambition, Toyota of Orlando offers competitive salaries and benefits.
