Responsibilities

• Meet with buyers and sellers, understand their goals, and guide them through the real estate buying and selling process
• Maintain consistent client communication and weekly follow-up
• Use proven lead follow-up systems and CRM workflows to grow your sales pipeline
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business
• Host monthly team open houses and receive all leads generated from your hosted events
• Manage your CRM, calendar, appointments, and sales pipeline
• Participate in Academy Sales Training, coaching, and weekly sales meetings
• Prospect for new business and develop additional real estate opportunities
• Build lasting client relationships that generate new sales

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required
• Full-time availability and commitment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and committed to professional growth
• Proven sales experience and track record of success preferred
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities
• Positive, solutions-focused, and proactive mindset
