About the Job

Cardiovascular Logistics is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join Cardiovascular Institute of the South, a highly respected cardiovascular practice with locations across Louisiana and Mississippi.

CIS was established in 1983 and includes 21 locations, 14 General Cardiologists, 43 Interventional Cardiologists, 6 Electrophysiologists, and 59 Advanced Practice Providers.

This opportunity is ideal for an interventional cardiologist seeking hospital, clinic, OBL, and ASC procedure volume with strong APP support and long-term growth within a physician-led cardiovascular organization.

Position Highlights

• 21-location cardiovascular practice with 43 current Interventional Cardiologists
• Interventional schedule includes hospital, clinic, and procedures in OBL/ASC settings
• OBL resources in Lafayette and an ASC/OBL in Gray, Louisiana
• Hospital systems include Lane Regional Medical Center, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, Lafayette General Medical Center, and Opelousas General Health System
• Call schedule varies by location; virtual care center support includes NP first call for physicians
