About the Job

Cardiovascular Logistics is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join Cardiovascular Institute of the South in a Hospitalist role . CIS is a highly respected cardiovascular practice serving communities across Louisiana and Mississippi.

CIS was established in 1983 and has 21 locations throughout the Southeast. The practice includes 14 General Cardiologists, 43 Interventional Cardiologists, 6 Electrophysiologists, and 59 Advanced Practice Providers.

This opportunity is ideal for a non-invasive cardiologist seeking a balanced hospital and clinic schedule, APP support, strong clinical infrastructure, and long-term growth within an established physician-led cardiovascular group.

Position Highlights

• 21-location cardiovascular practice with 14 General Cardiologists, 43 Interventionalists, 6 EPs, and 59 APPs
• Hospital systems include Lane Regional Medical Center, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, Lafayette General Medical Center, and Opelousas General Health System
• 9 telecardiology sites, OMS EHR, strong clinical support, and practice administrator support
• Schedule includes a mix of hospital and clinic responsibilities with APP support
• Call schedule varies by location; virtual care center support includes NP first call for physicians
